LAB Career Services Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Provide confidential career coaching to BCG employees and alumni across all levels.
• Help individuals assess strengths, clarify career goals, and develop internal or external career strategies.
• Own reporting on coaching and outplacement outcomes, including qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Conduct structured exit interviews and share attrition insights with People Team stakeholders.
• Support CV, cover letter, interview preparation, offer review, and negotiation.
• Coordinate with Career Services colleagues and partner across regions to share best practices and candidate opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Career Services, HR, or Recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Coaching qualification with a strong track record of practical application.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian and/or Dutch labour market.
• Experience managing projects and engaging senior stakeholders, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.

• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of both Dutch and French.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
