BCG X EMESA Staffing Trainee (X Delivery)

What you will do

• Support staffing activities by tracking team availability, project assignments, training, time off, and upcoming staffing needs.
• Maintain staffing tools and trackers with accurate employee commitment and assignment data.
• Prepare staffing requests and recommendations for review by the staffing team.
• Coordinate with local HR, finance, recruiting, staffing, and business stakeholders on employee and resource allocation matters.
• Monitor billability, timesheet accuracy, and financial approvals for assigned resources.
• Participate in initiatives that improve staffing processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or current enrollment in one.
• Strong interest in HR topics and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in follow-up and coordination.
• High integrity, tact, confidentiality, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
• Strong computer proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
