TL;DR
Quality Program Leader (Manufacturing): Leading factory-wide quality governance and the Quality Management System for ASML’s Wilton manufacturing facility with an accent on audit readiness, Six Sigma, SPC, and measurable quality improvement. Focus on developing quality strategy, solving complex factory and supplier issues, coaching cross-functional teams, and strengthening defect prevention and process capability.

Location: On-site in Wilton, Connecticut, United States; up to 10% annual travel within the US and internationally.

What you will do

  • Lead quality direction, governance and performance across the Wilton Factory.
  • Own and continuously improve the factory Quality Management System and audit-readiness program.
  • Develop and execute quality strategy aligned with business, customer, supplier and global quality priorities.
  • Lead defect reduction, escape prevention, process capability, yield and corrective-action improvement initiatives.
  • Drive SPC deployment, Six Sigma improvement, structured problem solving and lessons-learned sustainment.
  • Lead, coach and performance-manage a quality team while aligning Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality and Customer Support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical, Quality, Mechatronics or a related scientific or technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, manufacturing or operational excellence in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional quality priorities.
  • Experience with factory-wide quality strategy, governance, Quality Management System ownership, audit readiness and measurable improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, quality systems, audit management and structured problem solving.
  • Fluent English and legal authorization to access United States-controlled technology are required before starting the role.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE certification.
