Technical Project Lead, Main Deliverable Owner

Location: San Diego, California, United States. The role requires work at the site and may involve travel based on business needs. Candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export regulations.

Salary: $116,800–$160,600 base annual salary.

What you will do

• Manage hardware and software integration and completion of technical learning deliverables for Source Research.
• Own qualified bills of materials, software baselines, build and test sequences, upgrade packages, and integration sequences.
• Develop bottom-up plans for prototype EUV light-source test rigs and manage critical-path differences between machine and integration plans.
• Coordinate test preparation and readiness, including documentation, materials, equipment availability, test plans, and resources.
• Manage issues, root-cause corrective actions, risk mitigation, and reporting across project, program, and line management.
• Plan, coordinate, and coach test engineering activities while identifying integration risks and driving structural improvements.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Physics with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple sectors and organizational levels.
• Ability to interpret technical data and documents, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions in a demanding environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology in the United States is required before starting work.
