Technical Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in Denver, Colorado, with frequent travel to the Brighton, Colorado manufacturing facility and infrequent travel to other sites

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new product development lifecycle for Spark modular data centers, from concept and detailed design through first-of-a-kind builds and mass production.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, scope, design-to-BOM activities, product requirements, configurations, revision control, and phase-gate reviews.
• Partner with manufacturing and NPI teams to transition designs from CAD to reliable, repeatable production at scale.
• Coordinate engineering, product, manufacturing, contractors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews, meeting cadences, action tracking, risk mitigation, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement.
• Provide executive project status reporting and support the Spark deployments dashboard, with emphasis on predictability and critical-path management.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience managing high-tech physical product development programs and first-of-a-kind projects.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure programs, including electrical, mechanical, structural, EHS, network engineering, and manufacturing workstreams.
• Expertise in FMEA, risk tracking, scheduling software, vendor and contract management, and new product development stage-gate processes.
• Hands-on manufacturing and NPI experience, including prototype or first-of-a-kind builds and manufacturing scale-up.
• Experience managing complex bills of materials, product configurations, part numbering schemes, and at least one product lifecycle management tool.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• PMP or Certified Data Center Design Professional certification.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• 8+ years managing large-scale, hyperscale, or modular data center designs.
• Experience with or passion for artificial intelligence and next-generation data center technologies.
