Maintenance Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain production and facility equipment according to preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance software, work-order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, equipment records, and repair history.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
• Install mechanical and electrical systems and oversee contractor work.
• Monitor maintenance parts, supplies, consumables, and inventory records.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or similar transferable experience.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, procedures, and processes.
• Strong mechanical skills and basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to support electrical troubleshooting safely under applicable procedures.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other workplace safety regulations.
• Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, clear technical writing ability, and an active driver's license.
