Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager (Property Casualty)

Location: Applicants must be within driving distance of the Alpharetta, Georgia office and commute to the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage a medium-complexity book of business across new business, client service, and renewal cycles.
• Lead renewal strategy, exposure analysis, premium allocation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Negotiate rates and coverage with insurance markets and coordinate submissions, bind orders, and carrier documentation.
• Direct client teams, delegate deliverables, monitor completion, and escalate complex negotiations when needed.
• Coordinate with producers, subject matter experts, carriers, and client stakeholders including senior executives.
• Handle endorsements, coverage changes, audit reviews, contract reviews, and other complex service needs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of prior experience in business insurance or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Property Casualty Resident’s License required.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products, lines, marketing techniques, regulations, and carrier relationships.
• Advanced project management, prioritization, organization, delegation, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in risk management, finance, or accounting.
• Advanced designation such as CIC, CRM, ARM, or CPCU.
