What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of complex technology transformations with measurable business outcomes.
• Develop actionable technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and steering committees with C-level stakeholders.
• Connect technology strategy with business value creation.
• Contribute to go-to-market development, client relationship building, and practice growth.
• Collaborate with BCG and BCG Platinion leaders, consultants, clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience in IT consulting, a technology company, or leading IT delivery functions.
• Deep expertise in several areas including IT modernization, enterprise or solution architecture, data and analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, agile operating models, and IT processes.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English and confidence working with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, leadership experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Degree in STEM or business with strong academic performance.
