What you will do

• Obtain and analyze group benefit program proposals for clients and prospects.
• Analyze bids for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
• Conduct benchmarking research and financial analysis for an average of 8–12 clients.
• Develop detailed client reports and deliver accurate work on moderate- to high-complexity cases.
• Use Excel for approximately 90% of the role and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry, working for a group, insurance carrier, broker, or general agency preferred.
• Knowledge of group insurance products, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to be detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and effective under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
