What you will do
- Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations.
- Lead strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
- Analyze client situations and market developments to design tailored customer journeys and technology solutions.
- Design and optimize enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and sustainable digital platforms.
- Support cyber resilience initiatives and maintain oversight of complete technical solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades.
- At least five years of relevant IT consulting experience, including transformation and implementation projects covering strategy and operations.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Experience with IT organizations, IT processes, and complex business cases.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in Turkish and English; the role is based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
