What you will do
- Work with client leadership to define strategic priorities, technology transformation agendas, and measurable outcomes.
- Design enterprise architectures, technology solutions, digital platforms, and modernization strategies.
- Lead complex workstreams and project modules, managing delivery quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Advise senior technology stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Coach and develop consulting team members while building high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software engineering, or large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Experience leading complex client engagements, multidisciplinary teams, and large-scale technology implementations.
- Deep expertise in at least two areas including IT modernization, enterprise architecture, digital channels, ERP, AI/ML, DevOps, data platforms, cybersecurity, or technology risk.
- Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems, Agile delivery, cloud-native architectures, and legacy modernization.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders, defining target architectures and MVP solutions, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related STEM discipline, or business.

- Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Energy, or Utilities.
- Experience in business development, innovation, and thought leadership.
- Additional language skills.
