Planning and Fulfillment Manager (Solutions)

Location: Sharkia, Egypt; full-time, regular position.

What you will do

• Own the site supply planning process for the Solutions business line.
• Provide supply-capacity visibility and local supply objectives for Sales and Operations Planning.
• Run short-term planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes.
• Coordinate planning and execution across business functions and feeder factories.
• Support profitable customer-order execution and timely project delivery.
• Optimize materials planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation across diverse product portfolios.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in the same industry.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems, production scheduling, MRP, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination.
• Experience with Gantt charts, Critical Path Method, project-management software, production scheduling systems, BOM management, and lead-time management.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, including KPI tracking, performance metrics, forecasting models, and real-time reporting.
• BSc in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required; an Electrical Engineering background is preferred.
• English communication skills are required.
