TL;DR

Procurement Trainee (Supply Chain): Managing supplier and article master data, material requirements planning, supplier orders, delivery tracking, and inventory control in an automotive manufacturing environment with an accent on procurement coordination, supply continuity, and stock optimization. Focus on processing MRP results, identifying delivery bottlenecks, coordinating technical changes, and improving supplier performance.

Location: Nasr City, Egypt; onsite role

What you will do

Maintain supplier and article master data and process MRP results to generate supplier orders.
Track supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks, and escalate shortage risks.
Optimize raw-material stock levels and prevent excess inventory and obsolescence.
Coordinate ordering and delivery of new components during technical changes.
Develop supplier relationships covering localization, consignment agreements, and logistics arrangements.
Monitor supplier delivery performance and support stock-take and cycle-counting activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
0–6 months of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or material planning in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent English, written and spoken, with excellent professional communication and reporting skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and tracking tools.
Strong understanding of MRP logic and inventory control.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP.
