Supply & Demand Planning Operations Intern

Location: Cairo, Egypt

hirify.global is offering a one-year graduate program in supply and demand planning starting in January 2027.

What you will do

• Prepare plans, forecasts, schedules, reports, dashboards, and presentations covering demand, supply, inventory, production, capacity, and financial planning.
• Support demand reviews, supply reviews, pre-S&OP meetings, executive S&OP meetings, and Integrated Business Planning activities.
• Compare demand and supply plans, monitor performance, and highlight variances, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and other departments.
• Track planning KPIs, maintain accurate planning records, and coordinate follow-up actions across teams.
• Support automated reports, dashboards, workflows, robotics, and Robotic Process Automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate status or up to 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort working with numbers, data, and Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, curious, adaptable, and willing to learn and take ownership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, university project, or extracurricular experience in operations, supply chain, analytics, or process improvement.
