AI Experience Designer (AI)

Location: France; frequent travel based on client and project needs.

What you will do

• Own substantial portions of end-to-end product design, from problem framing and research through high-fidelity execution and delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into user flows, interaction models, polished interfaces, and scalable solutions for enterprise ecosystems.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research, usability insights, product analytics, and experimentation results to guide design decisions.
• Contribute to design systems covering components, patterns, tokens, accessibility standards, responsible AI, and documentation.
• Use Figma and AI-native or AI-assisted tools to research, prototype, iterate, and explore solution spaces responsibly.
• Collaborate with consultants, product managers, engineers, marketers, data scientists, and executives in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience designing digital products at scale in product, UX, or experience design roles.
• Portfolio showing strong interaction design, visual craft, structured problem framing, systems thinking, and shipped or production-level work.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including component-based design systems, auto layout, variables, prototyping logic, Dev Mode, and structured handoff workflows.
• Advanced experience with AI-native and AI-enabled research, design, and collaboration tools, including ChatGPT, Lovable, Figma AI, or Replit.
• Understanding of human-centered design, usability, WCAG fundamentals, responsive and multi-platform design, and real-world product, technical, and business constraints.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required, including clear client-ready documentation; ability to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise, B2B, or complex transactional systems.
• Experience contributing to design systems at scale, including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, product metrics, and data-informed iteration.
• Knowledge of Cursor and V0.
• Experience in client-facing, consulting-style, or high-expectation environments.
