Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from France

Builds a privacy and consent management platform with multiple products.

What you will do

• Own discovery through delivery for assigned product areas and prepare finalized UX and functional designs for an external creative agency.
• Shape product decisions before requirements are finalized by bringing evidence and clear design rationale.
• Manage multiple complex workstreams and adapt designs as business priorities change.
• Establish research and usability practices and translate findings into actionable product and engineering decisions.
• Use Figma Make, Claude, or similar AI tools to create high-level prototypes and accelerate concept validation.
• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and improve design processes and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Fluency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing complex products, zero-to-one products, new platforms, or new product spaces.
• Strong interaction and systems thinking, including the ability to design complex flows and edge cases.
• Experience building or contributing to a research practice with limited formal resources.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in ambiguous, engineering-heavy environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in privacy, compliance, or another highly regulated and technical domain.
