AI Factory Product Builder (AI)

Location: Boston, New York, Brooklyn, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, Manhattan Beach, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, Washington, or London; must live within reasonable commuting distance of the home office and attend the office as directed.

Salary: $99,000 first-year base compensation for Analyst; $123,800 for Senior Analyst.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, services, and delivery assets for consulting teams.
• Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions usable by non-technical users.
• Analyze consulting workflows to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, and redesign.
• Rapidly experiment, iterate, and improve solutions using feedback, usage data, and evolving requirements.
• Partner with product, platform, engineering, consultants, and offering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Document reusable patterns and contribute to capability building across the AI Factory and BCG.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development and Claude Code.
• End-to-end experience from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, product, and systems-thinking skills.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience acting as an innovator within a larger organization.
• Generative AI and agentic development experience.
• Strong academic background.
