Location: Onsite at an HPE office; the stated salary location is Texas, United States

Salary: USD 119,500–275,000 annual base salary in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead strategic engagements with global telecom customers.
• Develop and position HPE telco solutions for telecom-specific market requirements.
• Partner with R&D to drive innovation into new products and establish technology differentials.
• Drive geo-specific technology initiatives and provide direction to telco strategy and roadmap teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, innovations, and outsourced partner relationships, creating integration plans for the architecture.
• Lead internal technology forums and mentor less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 15+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Detailed telecom industry knowledge and the ability to apply it to create solutions.
• Knowledge of AI tools and how to drive value from them.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language; ability to communicate and negotiate with business-unit and executive stakeholders.
