ELDS QC - Incoming Inspection 1st Shift

What you will do

• Conduct incoming, manufacturing, and final inspection tests according to established protocols.
• Support supplier quality, production quality, testing, and validation activities.
• Report quality issues and maintain compliance with the quality management system.
• Evaluate quantitative metrics and improve test protocols for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Train operational teams in quality assurance and testing routines and verify control-plan execution.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications and use measurement and inspection tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, with basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to safely use a ladder and lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with non-conformance documentation and continuous improvement tools.
• Certified Quality Inspector or Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification.
