IPU Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a production unit or line, transforming parts and raw materials into hirify.global products in line with schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel, and production processes to meet order demand, specifications, productivity, budget, and quality targets.
• Allocate resources, manage capacity planning, and optimize resources to meet production and inventory requirements.
• Identify production deficiencies and lead improvement activities to enhance operational performance.
• Maintain quality systems and chair regular quality improvement and Gemba meetings.
• Organize, guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports with HR support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of people-management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in process control, production or manufacturing, and quality management.
• Knowledge of business, engineering, production methods and planning, subcontracting, logistics, and quality assurance.
• Project management skills, a proactive attitude, and a determined approach.
• Fluent English and cross-cultural understanding.
