Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of continuous full-time work experience after graduation for the Senior Associate role.
• At least 5 years of continuous full-time work experience after graduation for the Consultant role.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local office language(s).
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
