Solutions Architect (Workfront)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid working model with at least three days in the office each week; approximately 10–20% travel may be required.

Salary: $160,000–$205,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions that streamline content supply chain processes and support generative AI-enabled content creation.
• Lead implementation engagements and advise marketing, creative, and IT stakeholders on Workfront architecture and customizations.
• Optimize content lifecycle management from ideation through publication by reducing bottlenecks and improving automation, scalability, and ROI.
• Integrate Workfront with DAM systems such as AEM Assets, Adobe Creative Suite, and generative AI tools including Firefly and GenStudio.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for executives, project managers, and creative professionals.
• Create technical design documentation, process flows, requirements mappings, and governance and change-management guidance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or equivalent experience with workflow management and automation systems.
• At least 6 years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionality.
• Experience leading technical project teams and advising clients on content supply chain transformation.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
• Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification as an Adobe Workfront Core Developer.
• Experience delivering innovative solutions in ambiguous environments.
