Economic Consulting Intern

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Conduct literature and data research for economic consulting projects.
• Apply theoretical economic concepts to case facts and perform conceptual analysis.
• Manage, clean, and analyze data using quantitative software.
• Interpret results and contribute to evidence-based conclusions.
• Draft reports, memoranda, presentations, and other project deliverables.
• Work on projects involving energy and climate policies, regulation, markets, infrastructure, finance, litigation, and international arbitration.

Requirements

• Study Economics and be in the final year of an undergraduate degree or be a current Master's or PhD student, ideally in the penultimate year.
• Enjoy microeconomics and quantitative research.
• Be comfortable working with Excel, Stata, R, Python, or other quantitative software platforms.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical and critical thinking.
• Have strong written and spoken English communication skills and be able to work independently and in teams.
• Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
