Solutions Architect (Workfront)

Location: Addison, Texas, United States. Hybrid working model with remote work available two days per week and in-person work required at least three days per week. The role may require approximately 10–20% travel, although consulting assignments may involve higher travel for limited periods.

Salary: $160,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions that streamline content supply chain processes.
• Lead Workfront implementation engagements and advise marketing, creative, and IT stakeholders.
• Optimize content lifecycle management from ideation through publication using automation and Generative AI.
• Integrate Workfront with DAM systems such as AEM Assets, Adobe Creative Suite, and GenAI tools including Firefly and GenStudio.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value and act as a trusted advisor to executives, project managers, and creative professionals.
• Create technical design documentation, requirements mappings, process flows, visualizations, and governance guidance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Adobe Workfront or comparable workflow management and automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionality.
• Experience leading technical project teams and guiding clients through content supply chain and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
• Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification as an Adobe Workfront Core Developer.
