Electronic Assembler

Location: Onsite at an HPE office in Wisconsin, United States. First shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Salary: USD 16.44–34.81 per hour in Wisconsin. The range represents base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing process tasks using independent judgment.
• Follow documentation and instructions for testing, inspection, and advanced rack building.
• Operate multiple machines, tools, and production programs while supporting quality assurance.
• Audit materials and builds for quality, and execute customer-to-order requirements.
• Coordinate work within the team and support training for new employees.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and seek guidance on resolutions.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong mathematics, reading comprehension, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Manual dexterity, familiarity with tools and procedures, technical knowledge, and basic computer skills.
