Location: On-site at the Duluth, Minnesota facility, United States
Salary: $23 per hour starting pay, with additional compensation based on experience

What you will do
- Set up production equipment and operate specialized equipment and facility systems, including MES and Vantage.
- Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators.
- Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs to identify yield problems and test new products.
- Provide technical assistance for manufacturing and quality issues.
- Participate in lean improvement initiatives on production lines.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
- Skill or experience in winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR and/or EAR requirements.
