Production Technician 3 (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Duluth, Minnesota facility, United States. Work hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Salary: $25/hour starting pay, with additional compensation possible based on experience.

What you will do

• Set up production equipment and operate specialized equipment and facility systems, including MES and Vantage.
• Monitor, audit, and guide line operators.
• Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs to identify yield problems and test new products.
• Provide technical assistance for manufacturing and quality issues.
• Participate in lean improvements and initiatives on production lines.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Skill or experience in winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.
