Global Product Director (AI Innovation)

What you will do

• Set the global product direction for AI innovation and manage a focused pipeline of product experiments.
• Lead the CT Zero to One squad and help multidisciplinary teams move from ideas to working prototypes through focused sprints.
• Frame opportunities, user needs, hypotheses, success measures, and decision points before prototyping begins.
• Guide experimentation using evidence and user feedback to decide whether to advance, iterate, pivot, or stop initiatives.
• Drive validated prototypes toward enterprise readiness by identifying product, technology, risk, and operational requirements.
• Partner with consulting, AI, technology, product, engineering, architecture, and design teams to establish repeatable zero-to-one innovation practices.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of relevant experience, including significant product leadership across AI, data, or enterprise technology products.
• Demonstrated success taking emerging ideas from discovery and experimentation through validation and product investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI capabilities, data platforms, and the technical foundations required for scalable products.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, make evidence-based trade-offs, and translate opportunities into clear product direction.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning global, cross-functional teams around complex priorities and investment decisions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams while creating clarity, accountability, and space for rapid experimentation.
