Global Operational Innovations Manager (Temporary)

Location: Global role involving virtual work with international team members and some travel to support team or other work efforts.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution of defined workstreams within high-priority transformation programs.
• Develop workstream roadmaps, objectives, deliverables, scope, resource plans, and timelines.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and strategic outcomes, communicating status to sponsors and leadership.
• Coordinate requirements, design, development priorities, quality assurance, communications, training, deployment, and stabilization.
• Partner with functional leaders, workstream sponsors, and specialists across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions.
• Build stakeholder relationships, advise on complex issues, influence outcomes, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience supporting and running change programs in a global organization.
• Proven experience in change and project management focused on operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the technical and cultural aspects of change.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization and managing projects across borders.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, structuring, and execution skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with an interest in progressive digital tools, especially AI.
• Experience working virtually with international team members and willingness to travel when required.

• Advanced business degree or project management qualification.
• Experience at BCG or another professional services firm in a business partnership role.
