PSG Manager - MDP Evaluation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead change initiatives across the MDP evaluation landscape to improve evaluation processes, performance expectations, and the MDP experience.
• Coordinate strategic workstreams within the PI2030 Task Force and translate ideas into execution plans.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to prioritize and implement evaluation technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design analytics, reporting, and decision-support tools that improve consistency, transparency, and effectiveness.
• Align priorities across PSG, PPMT, ODC, SPC, and other stakeholder groups throughout the annual evaluation cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with senior MDP leaders and drive complex initiatives from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in complex, cross-functional project or initiative management.
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments and guiding teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to turn complex data into practical recommendations.
• Experience working with Product, Technology, Digital, or Agile teams on technology-enabled solutions, including AI-enabled business capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail.
