Project Leader (Consulting)

Location: Egypt; some domestic and international travel is expected.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex client challenges across technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and other industries.
• Synthesize insights and guide analytical work using proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and consulting methodologies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and deliver data-driven narratives and strategic visions.
• Direct end-to-end program delivery, balancing hands-on guidance with team autonomy while managing quality, scope, and timelines.
• Develop team members through mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
• Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of combined consulting and industry experience.
• Experience leading high-impact, complex engagements.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
