Demand and Supply Forecasting Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States, in the North Mississippi/Memphis area

Salary: $100,500–$160,800 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan or annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting and operational planning process, aligning demand signals, production capacity, and supply chain execution.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and customer data.
• Manage raw material, work-in-progress, and finished-goods inventory to balance customer service and working capital targets.
• Define, track, and report planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, schedule adherence, lead time, and resource utilization.
• Lead planners and drive root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives across the business.
• Partner with Finance on excess-and-obsolete inventory provision management and mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand forecasting, production planning, or supply chain management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or co-leading S&OP or SIOP processes and planning in a high-volume, high-revenue manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP implementations or SAP upgrades.
• Ability to translate complex data into business decisions and align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Power BI or similar analytics tools experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification.
