Commercial Specialist (Smart Power)

Location: Xiamen, Fujian, China; onsite

hirify.global Smart Power provides energy distribution, low-voltage systems, circuit breakers, motor starting, safety, and energy management solutions for data centers, industrial facilities, critical infrastructure, and commercial buildings.

What you will do

• Review contract payment terms and prepare payment requests, bank guarantees, and bond applications.
• Track payments and reconcile collection information in hirify.global’s internal systems.
• Perform sales revenue recognition according to order-to-cash processes.
• Monitor monthly accounts receivable data, identify anomalies, and assess AR risk through aging reports.
• Manage overdue customer accounts, analyze key overdue balances, and formulate action plans.
• Provide guarantee-related consultation, customer service, technical and payment support, claims management, and regular AR reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong English skills in reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate with internal functions and take ownership of customer cases.
