Senior Financial Accountant (US GAAP)

What you will do

• Coordinate period-end closing activities to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Manage statutory financial reporting and act as the primary coordinator for external audits.
• Ensure local tax filings are completed accurately and in compliance with all regulations.
• Drive standardization and automation of accounting processes and initiate change projects.
• Execute key controls, perform balance sheet reviews, and manage risk remediation.
• Calculate transfer pricing and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Asia, Europe, and the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a Big 4 or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Must have the right to work in China.

Nice to have

• CPA license.
