Assistant Finance Manager

What you will do

• Support the general ledger leader with month-end closing, revenue recognition reviews, and reconciliation of accrued and deferred income.
• Own the order-to-cash process, including revenue setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection.
• Partner with project owners to confirm billing, project status, revenue milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee business direct costs, including subcontractor fees and direct travel costs, and prepare accrual journals.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in accounting and audit, preferably in a multinational company.
• Experience with month-end closing, project accounting, financial analysis, and financial data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with Navision, Dynamics, BPC, SAP, or ByD is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
