Global L&D; Analytics Director - 7 Month FTC (AI)

What you will do

• Own the enterprise-wide Learning & Development analytics strategy and co-develop KPIs with the Chief Learning Officer and leadership team.
• Lead the analytics and data workstream of the LMS transformation, including connecting dashboards to the new Snowflake data product.
• Perform quality control on dashboard builds and partner with Business Partners to define reporting needs supporting the 2030 strategy.
• Prioritize analytics requests, maintain accessible self-service reporting, and support new dashboard development with the People Analytics team.
• Build dashboard mock-ups in Claude and develop an understanding of the underlying data sources.
• Maintain the learning analytics network and ensure smooth handover documentation at the beginning and end of the seven-month engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or finance-related degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Learning Analytics, People Analytics, management consulting, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience working autonomously across large, complex, global organizations and influencing senior executives.
• Experience with LMS or learning systems and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, judgment, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Coding experience with Python.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Think-Cell, or Snowflake.
• MBA or finance-related academic background.
