Training Support Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Support training delivery through operational, administrative, and logistical processes.
• Manage training data, track financial metrics, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, trainers, designers, developers, and training participants.
• Contribute to new process, program, and system implementations.
• Support employee and HR cases, including escalation activities when needed.
• Help improve processes and optimize the customer experience globally.

Requirements

• First-level university degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 0–2 years of training or related experience.
• Basic collaboration, communication, administrative, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of training function processes and programs.
• Ability to learn escalation management strategies.
