Technical Training (Hsinchu)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; onsite training in-house, at customer sites, and through domestic and international travel. Travel rate: 20–30%.

What you will do

• Present specialized and customized technical training in classrooms, laboratories, and customer locations, including safety procedures and hands-on activities.
• Maintain product knowledge, prepare course materials, deliver certifications, and establish certification requirements across multiple platforms and processes.
• Design and approve courses, improve technical documentation, develop procedures and Best Known Methods, and create materials for new technologies and products.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for training systems, review engineering changes, support chamber builds and final product testing, and ensure system functionality and safety retrofits.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, global business units, technical publications, and field organizations to update courses and documentation.
• Coach and mentor instructors, lead project teams, support customer relationships, and identify future technical training opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with semiconductor tools; hands-on tool experience is preferred.
• Good English communication and presentation skills required.
• Flexibility for business travel and occasional off-shift or weekend training required.
• Experience with ALD, MDP, IMP, CMP, Etch, PDC, or DDP is a plus.
