What you will do

• Define the vision, strategic guardrails, and governance framework for a portfolio of agentic AI assets across practice areas.
• Manage prioritization, stage-gate decisions, investment trade-offs, and portfolio refresh cycles across build, scale, pivot, and sunset decisions.
• Evaluate commercial value, cost to build, differentiation, client impact, adoption, usage, ROI, and reuse potential.
• Align product managers, practice-area leaders, offer and sector managers, technology leads, and senior stakeholders around portfolio outcomes.
• Build performance metrics, dashboards, and reports while addressing architecture, scalability, integration, technical debt, and data governance.
• Champion reusable and modular agentic offers, coach stakeholders on governance and investment cases, and monitor emerging technologies and market shifts.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience combining consulting or professional services with hands-on product management.
• Experience managing portfolios of products or AI-powered offers, including investment decisions and performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and stage-gate portfolio processes.
• Technical literacy in AI product architecture, scalability, system dependencies, and data governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed, global organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Consulting or professional services experience, preferably with BCG or a comparable consulting firm.
• MBA or a similar Master's degree.
