Expert Consultant, Procurement, Operations, Spain

What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for a workstream within BCG client projects.
• Use procurement and operations expertise to understand client issues and develop strategies for change.
• Lead case work focused on procurement transformation, category-driven value creation, and procurement innovation.
• Communicate complex ideas, build client trust, and secure buy-in for recommendations.
• Collaborate with BCG colleagues, traditional consultants, specialty consultants, and client teams.
• Contribute to BCG thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property in the expert consulting track.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or leading industry company.
• Expertise or strong interest in procurement topics, including procurement transformation, category-driven value creation, and procurement innovation.
• Strong consulting, strategic thinking, numerical, communication, and hypothesis-led problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, driven, collaborative, and willing to learn and grow.
• Strong educational background; an MBA is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
