What you will do

• Work on project teams to define client problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Own specific analyses and workstreams with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, operational assessments, and benchmarking.
• Synthesize data and insights into clear messages and client-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients in an interactive, team-based environment.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, MBA, PhD, or equivalent, with strong academic performance.
• Typically 3–5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, industry, or strategic roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured logic and complex data interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and influence senior leaders.
• Team orientation, leadership potential, adaptability, and initiative in dynamic client environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
