ELDS LV SWGR Trainer Assembly 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Mebane, North Carolina, United States; 2nd shift

What you will do

• Participate in defining production sequences, calculating cycle times, and analyzing work phases for new production processes and products.
• Share cycle-time data with internal teams and prepare technical documentation covering process phases, methods, and cycle times.
• Support production start-ups by training direct and indirect staff.
• Provide updated process and technical documentation to Supply Chain Management for supplier evaluations and agreements.
• Help define action plans and train Maintenance and Production teams during internal and external process and equipment start-ups.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting, project management, engineering and manufacturing processes, planned maintenance, supplier relationship management, and supply chain management.
• Ability to use hand tools such as tape measures, calipers, and grinders safely.
• Ability to use a ladder safely and lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
