Light Equipment Operator 2 - 3rd Shift

Location: Angola, Indiana, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

Salary: $18.20 per hour, plus applicable overtime, shift differential, and standby pay.

What you will do

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machinery for production runs according to job requirements.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment for reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and submit maintenance requests when needed.
• Coordinate crewmember assignments and train new team members when required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard equipment setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics.
• Ability to set up, operate, and make basic equipment adjustments.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift in an onsite production environment.
• Relevant military experience may include Navy Lithographer, Marine Combat Lithographer, or Army Printing and Bindery Specialist roles.
