Management Consultants within Aviation (Aviation)

What you will do

• Support or lead strategic and complex consulting engagements across the aviation value chain.
• Manage consulting teams and senior client relationships.
• Advise airports, airlines, service providers, and aviation technology organisations.
• Translate complex industry issues into clear business opportunities and decisions.
• Support business development, proposal work, insight sharing, and service offering development.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues across the Netherlands and Europe.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of management consulting or equivalent aviation industry experience.
• Relevant experience in the aviation sector.
• Understanding of aviation trends including decarbonisation, digitalisation, operational efficiency, and changing commercial models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Must be based in the Netherlands, have the right to work in the Netherlands, and be fluent in Dutch.
