Compliance & Regulatory Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid work

Base salary: $54,700–$101,900 per year, with potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Provide compliance and regulatory services to internal teams.
• Manage carrier and intermediary approvals, contracting, and carrier appointments.
• Prepare and administer broker service, outside producer, business associate, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Support surplus lines taxes, insurance licensing, and other market conduct matters.
• Build client relationships, resolve issues, and negotiate to obtain information, commitments, or payments.
• Provide direction, feedback, development, and training to support productivity and team morale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Knowledge of agency management and accounts receivable systems and company computer applications.
• Strong client relations, communication, service, cooperation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
