Senior AI Tech Consultant, Enterprise Solutions (AI)

What you will do

• Develop ERP, CRM, and SCM architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps with clients and BCG colleagues.
• Support enterprise solutions projects across requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and rollout.
• Design solutions along client value chains and introduce best practices to reduce one-off and maintenance costs.
• Lead technical aspects of implementation and migration projects and manage requirements and specialist workshops.
• Control and prototype ERP, CRM, and SCM customizations and provide technical expertise for project sales.
• Develop BCG Platinion’s enterprise solutions expertise through conferences, training content, and technical articles.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects.
• Knowledge of end-to-end enterprise processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and client-orientation skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI tools, with the ability to apply them across work tasks.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is required.
