NetSuite Finance Consultant

Location: Hybrid work from a hirify.global office in Estonia, Finland, Norway, or Sweden; a full-time work permit and residence in the country of employment are required.

What you will do

• Support NetSuite implementation projects by analyzing business processes and system landscapes, configuring functionalities, and validating solutions.
• Define integrations, validate and migrate historical data, and support deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Support clients' accounting, financial management, reporting, daily finance operations, and period-end close activities.
• Design and implement system features and enhancements for ongoing service engagements.
• Identify requirements, test solutions, demonstrate functionality, train users, and help clients maximize their NetSuite environment.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders and resolve service desk requests.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in accounting, financial processes, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong practical knowledge of the NetSuite platform and experience with financial management systems and processes.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders such as auditors, preferably in an accounting firm or multi-client environment.
• Relevant education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and related legislation; IFRS knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent English and a full-time work permit in the country of employment are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in process development.
• Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian language skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
