What you will do
- Lead structured discussions with senior stakeholders on complex AI, digital, software, and product opportunities.
- Review opportunity materials and clarify objectives, delivery approaches, success measures, resources, assumptions, and risks.
- Identify delivery, governance, adoption, and value-realization considerations before they become harder to manage.
- Coordinate input from commercial, technical, product, data, Responsible AI, legal, finance, and delivery specialists.
- Translate complex discussions into recommendations, decision points, risks, and follow-up actions.
- Build repeatable tools and ways of working that improve delivery excellence across BCG X.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, digital transformation delivery, AI/data product delivery, enterprise software, product program management, commercial support, delivery assurance, or professional services operations.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes topics.
- Understanding of how digital and AI initiatives progress from idea through implementation, adoption, and business impact.
- Practical fluency in AI, GenAI, software delivery, data workflows, integrations, digital products, and governance.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem solving, analytical rigor, communication, and operating discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple reviews, stakeholders, deadlines, and follow-ups while handling sensitive information with integrity.
