What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams through complex engagements and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level clients and lead senior executive interactions.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue growth, margin management, and backlog expansion.
• Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage risk, and oversee delivery across pre-deal and post-deal environments.
• Shape company strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise while developing thought leadership and intellectual capital.
• Develop talent, foster innovation, and ensure high performance, utilization, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Experience supporting or managing high-value business development activities.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated innovation, change leadership, and industry presence.
