Consulting Analyst (Pensions Consulting)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support consultants with pensions consulting and actuarial work for corporate and trustee clients.
• Provide client support and process new and existing business in line with compliance requirements.
• Draft client reports, collate valuations, and support peer review processes.
• Maintain CRM records, including scanning, filing, indexing, pipeline reporting, and client data updates.
• Process retirement, death, and disability claims and liaise with third parties and insurance companies.
• Support the Team Leader and Division Manager with ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1/C2 level.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to provide excellent client service and work effectively as part of a team.
• Availability to work in the Lisbon office at least three days per week.
