Global Employee Mobility Program Lead (Global Mobility Tax)

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE office; based in the United States or Singapore

Salary: USD 92,600–213,500 annual base salary for the United States, in Texas

What you will do

• Provide strategic global mobility tax guidance to HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, regional mobility teams, and employees.
• Lead programs covering international assignments, business traveler compliance, cross-border remote work, tax equalization, payroll reporting, and related compliance initiatives.
• Advise on complex cross-border matters, mobile equity compliance, executive cases, mergers and acquisitions, and other specialized situations.
• Manage global mobility vendors, governance activities, employee escalations, and business escalations.
• Develop mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives supporting integrations, organizational transformations, compliance, and employee experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite primarily from an HPE office in the United States or Singapore.
• University degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of global mobility experience with a strong background in global mobility tax.
• Experience working within a corporate Global Mobility function and developing and implementing mobility policies and programs.
• Strong knowledge of expatriate taxation, tax equalization, payroll compliance, business traveler taxes, and related mobility tax specialties.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, project management, vendor management, governance, and risk management skills.
